Warranty

All Threat4 line products carry a 24-month no questions and no hassle warranty against manufacturer's defects and in the event that the products fail during normal use as specified in each products specifications.

1. Make sure product is within 24-month warranty, check your packing slip or call Threat4 with your serial number.
2. Call Threat4 for Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Threat4 will ship out replacement product if in stock on the next business day, otherwise as soon as replacement unit is built.
3. Send defective product back to Threat4

Repair

Products out of warranty may be fixed by Threat4 or by your radio technician.  For diagnostics and quoting please call Threat4 and get a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.  If you know what parts you need please contact your sales representative or call 1-888-Threat41 (922-6731).

Refurbish

The x-62000 and x-63000 are built like a tank, so chances are the mechanical body will always be fine, but wear and tear over time may effect performance of microphones, speakers and buttons.  Threat4 offers refurb programs.  These programs save you money and help save the environment.

x-62000 Refurb Programs

Option 1. Replace boom mic, situational awareness mics, and speakers
Option 2. Replace radio downlead cable, connector and back band
Option 3. Replace mechanical body plus 1 and 2 above (original circuit board preserved)

x-63000 Refurb Programs

Option 1. Replace all button rubber covers and gaskets
Option 2. Replace button plus Option 1
Option 3. Replace cabling & connectors
Option 4. Options 1, 2, 3
